We represent companies with software licensing agreements and business litigation matters. We draft and negotiate VAR, OEM, hosting, ASP, EULAs, SLAs, maintenance and support agreements, and professional service agreements related to software and hardware technology. We handle lawsuits to enforce software license agreements. We also handle other business litigation in State and Federal courts. Along the way, we provide general counsel on legal matters such as commercial contracts, employment law, vendor issues, and real estate.
