History

The office was established in 1994. Adron W. Beene had worked at Atari Corporation since 1985, starting as a part-time law clerk and ending up Vice President Legal Department and Secretary. During his work at Atari, Adron W. Beene was involved in the turnaround efforts that eventually lead to Atari’s successful initial public offering. This was a time of extensive business litigation over real estate leases, software licenses and vendor claims, as well as creditor claims on behalf of Atari. By the late 80s, Mr. Beene was involved in managing Atari’s business litigation, software license agreements, business contracts and employment law issues. By 1994, Adron W. Beene decided to diversify his client base from one client to the many for whom he now provides services.

The practice has evolved to representing a number of technology companies and several private companies involved in real estate.
