Many clients have corporate and LLC matters handled by large firms. This is the preferred strategy as this area of law may cover tax, securities and finance issues Adron W. Beene does not handle. For other clients, particularly private clients, we provide advice on the governance and operation of California corporations and limited liability companies. Much of the advice is related to maintenance of established entities, litigation prevention, the duties of directors, officers to shareholders, and the obligations of LLC managers to members.
