Adron W. Beene has served technology companies in Silicon Valley and beyond for over 20 years. He began his legal work in the technology field at Atari Corporation — starting as a law clerk and eventually becoming Vice President of the company's legal department and Corporate Secretary. Over a period of nine years, he handled a wide variety of legal matters, including software licensing, vendor claims, contracts, and employment law issues. He also played an important role in the turnaround efforts that eventually lead to Atari's successful initial public offering. This was a time of extensive litigation over leases, licenses, and vendor claims, as well as collection claims on behalf of Atari.
In 1994 he began his own practice, and now advises and represents numerous clients in the software and hardware industries, ranging from startup ventures to multinational companies. He also represents a select number of property investment companies in real estate matters.
